Notes Praise be to God alone, when the young woman, Safia Ali Al-Yazighi, claimed that the honorable Sidi Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Al-Fatimi Al-Idrisi was the one who removed her virginity, and he denied it. He now appeared with his two witnesses, and the aforementioned girl also attended with her. Her now brother and the son of her paternal uncle, Sayyid Muhammad bin Muhammad, were also present, and they all testified that they had acquitted the aforementioned honorable defendants of the aforementioned lawsuit, a complete, comprehensive, absolute, and general acquittal, so that they had no claim, sale, relationship between them, or claim in any way or justification. They were present and bore witness to Tamim, knowing his worth and bearing witness to him in full, even young people in this and similar to him, and he knew the cousin’s son, he knew who else was sufficiently known, and on the nineteenth of Safar al-Khair in the year two hundred and eighty-one, a thousand Ubaid Rabbuh, praise be to God, performed a deed and his representative, the scholar, the judge of the group, Abd Rabbuh, made it known.
