Praise be to God alone. May the peace and blessings of God be upon our Master Muhammad and his family in the place of our most glorified father and the servant of our Master Al-Asaad, the most learned jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj. May peace and God’s mercy be upon you with the presence of our Master, may God grant him victory. And then Sheikh Al-Arabi responds to you, complaining about the bearer, claiming that he has still owed twenty of the last year even though he and two of his brothers paid the bearer the dirhams, and he claims the bearer and leaves his two brothers because he left. His guardianship, and he cannot do that with the continuity of your dream over the Muslims, may God bless you. We wrote to you about this matter and you ordered us to attend and do the accounting between them and the defendants, and he has not paid attention to that until now.
