Praise be to God alone, our lover, the jurist, the eternal president, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord Al-Mansour, by God. Yesterday, we addressed to you, the son of the jurist, pleading with you regarding the policeman, Commander Ahmed, and you mentioned to him that he fell into your hands twice, and you forgave him for our sake and for the sake of our estrangement, so that thought of you, may God reward you with the best reward for us, and yet he was not ashamed and did not return from that reprehensible act and what he did to him, so that is his reward, if they consider it. Now, we also love from God and from the perfection of your grace that you accept our intercession for him this time and forgive him for our sake, and God repents to us and to all sinners. If he repents and returns to God, then so. Otherwise, the hand of the Most High is extended over him. Do whatever you want with him, and do not accept anyone’s intercession for him. God must bless you and love and peace on the 14th of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year 1284. Muhammad bin Ibrahim al-Mudharr.
