Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions, our love, the most glorious knight, the happiest leader, Muhammad ibn Talib. May God protect you and guide you, and may peace be upon you for the best of our Master, may God support him and grant him victory. And after that, we thank God for your safety and well-being, and if you ask about us, he lives in goodness and well-being. We ask Him, Glory be to Him, to remove our affairs and yours from the world and its people in good health. Accordingly, what is required of you and the perfection of your favor is that our letter reaches you. He was accompanied by a carrier, and that the two men from whom I captured, one with livestock in his hand, deserved from their hands a donkey called the purchase, and in their hands and upon it, the prisoner who is under your hand, he and the companions of his invitation, were directed to us until they arrive here and consider their invitation. If they find my brothers who sold to them for that, otherwise, consider the law. May God honor him. May God bless us and you in your immersion, and we and you, for the sake of our Master in both worlds. May God grant you support and victory, and upon your love, and peace in 17 Rabi’ al-Thani in the year 1274 servant of the high station in God, Abd al-Rahman al-Nasri, may God grant him success
