Praise be to God alone, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Lord, may God support him, our love, the jurist, the scholar Al-Sa’id Al-Majid Abdul Wahid, may God protect you and protect you and from all who protect you, and peace, mercy and blessings of God be upon you. After the letter of the servant of our Master has arrived to us, may God provide him with what he loves, and it includes researching the case of the complainant and directing the defendant. What is required of you is to be of good help to us by speaking to Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, for the defendant is oppressed, and we have held him in prison for more than twenty days, and it is now. He is sick in prison, and the plaintiff has no basis for his claim. We have explained the case in our letter to the jurist Sidi Idris, and he wrote to you that he is honorable and oppressed, and my master is ashamed of them. He is known to us as honorable and that he is the oppressor. Perhaps we have verified that and he is now healthy in his house, although he was forced to sit there. He was ill and his burden granted him the story of his fear of God Almighty. We have explained the case in the book mentioned in it, without needing to repeat it. May God bless you and peace.
