Praise be to God alone. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master and Master Muhammad, his family and companions, and peace be upon the overseer of the Qarawiyyin, Omar Ha God. Always remember him, the student, Mr. Fadl al-Sarraj, and Mr. Ahmad al-Sharat. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. Then pay the bearers, teachers from the embassy, Mr. Muhammad bin Muhammad al-Helu, his cousin, Sir Muhammad bin al-Arabi, by lineage, and Mr. Muhammad bin Muhammad al-Azraq, all sixty riyals, with the presentation of Mr. Al-Mahlama on the above-mentioned Mishna in a fare interview.
