| Notes | Praise be to God alone. May God’s prayers and peace be upon our master and master Muhammad, his family, and his companions. The servant of the shrine, the Pasha, the student Idris al-Siraj. May God protect you, may God’s peace be upon you, and may God’s mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master. His victory. And what is required of you is that this man has entered under the wing of God and ours. He did not ask us for anything impossible, because all people cling to others and their attachment runs out. Perhaps you will become attached to me, and I have rebuked him for his attachment to me. There was no such thing in you, but here it is. You abstained from liberation and stated that you will not free him from tithes in the eyes of the people looking at his money and freeing him from the obligation or anything else. We asked you for all of the matters, but since you abstained from tithes and accepted the assignment, may God bless you, and now he wrote a letter for the Sheikh to provide it on our face so that God may bestow goodness and love and peace on the 15th of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year 1286. Othman, may God be his guardian. |
