Praise be to God, the honorable Sidi Abdel Salam bin the late Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Mukhtar Al-Sibai from Al-Makri Al-Abr, the land secretary, Al-Hajj bin the late Muhammad Safayra Al-Andalusi, has granted goodwill to all the heirs of the jurist and writer, the late Sidi Al-Hajj Al-Saleh bin Al-Muati Al-Tadali, all the well-known houses located at the far end of the Ibn Hayyun trail, adjacent to the Ibn Zayan house and opposite Dar Al-Helu Al-Shafar, for a period of one year coming from the end of its history with ten riyals per month paid to it. He ended every month and turned and was satisfied and committed himself not to entrust it to anyone else or to do anything about it, even if it was less than that, so he witnessed it by including it in full and knew it, and on the twenty-second of Rabi’ al-Thani in the year three hundred and eighteen thousand.
