Praise be to God, our beloved, the dearest, the most satisfied, the most enduring, the best, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. The bearer of it, Bushti bin Qaddour bin Al-Arabi Al-Himyari, is Harith with us in our country known as Bur Rifa’. Then his sheikh, Al-Jilani bin Al-Baqal, assigned him to the movement, and it does not hide from you the loss of our money with him. We would like you to spare him and many other of his brothers.
