The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) The weak servant who is forced to seek the mercy of his Lord, Al-Hussein Muhammad bin Muhammad, says (...) Praise be to God who sent down His clear Book to His truthful and trustworthy Messenger and made clear in it the rulings of His religion for His pious servants (...) As for what follows, the best of the sciences and the best of them is the science of jurisprudence.
The end of the manuscript: Because a dead person is like a non-existent person, or even worse off than him, whether he emancipates him in his health or in the illness in which he died. This is if he did not make a will to complete it from a third of it, otherwise he will be charged from a third of it, and God knows best. It ended with praise and good help from God, and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family.
