Notes Praise be to God alone when the marabout, Mr. Al-Tahir bin Muhammad Al-Nabawi, Al-Sayyid Al-Arabi Masha, claimed that the boy, Mr. Muhammad bin Abd al-Salam, both from the Idrisiya Zawiya, killed his son, Al-Hasan, and for the defendant to be imprisoned because of the aforementioned invitation in the port of Fez. This is a period of time. Then the father of the defendant intercedes for the plaintiff. The aforementioned defendant is unable to reject his intercession from the nobles, seekers, and notable people from the people of the Idrisiya Zawiya, so that his aforementioned claim on behalf of the aforementioned boy is dropped before the intercession of the one who mentioned the father of the aforementioned boy from the aforementioned plaintiff, and forgive him for it for the sake of God. He was exalted and dismissed, and he objected to him in it, and he authorized his release from prison on the condition that he would not enter the Zawiya market and would not be fit to marry him from the Zawiya. The aforementioned plaintiff’s residence was worse. The defendant’s father, Abd al-Salam, was present. He accepted that from the plaintiff and was pleased with him. They recognized his value and bore witness to his completion and custom. On the sixth of Shawwal al-Fitr in the year eighty, with a meem and two hundred and a thousand Abd Rabbuh. Praise be to God, I know its proof, the Most High, the Idrisiyah, on the authority of the judge of the group, Abd Rabbuh.
