Praise be to God alone And may God’s blessings be upon our Lord Muhammad and his family, the earthly jurist, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj, may God grant you peace, and may God’s mercy be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And after, when you received your letter on Saturday morning regarding the claimant from the sons of Sidi Ali bin Hamdush and Buttiyeh, the dhimmi drawing, we presented to you a clear drawing in the good deed of Bani Rashid, and we brought two justices, and we read your letter to Sheikh Al-Tayeb bin Abdullah, and it required that the men be arrested. Those mentioned in the form of dhimmiyah, and we testified to him being retracted, and here is the form of dhimmiyah with that, we have directed it herewith, and if he does that, then the punishment will be upon him. This is what our master must be informed of, and from him, so I tell you about the soldiers, when Hajj Idris responded to them with the book of sheikha, they rose up and presented to our Lord Idris with the intention of zakat, and this season in which devils and people of corrupt opinion abound, and as we saw that, we warded them off from compromise and told them that the leader does not like to harm anyone. And there is nothing but good in it, because that man was an old man at another time, and he beat them beyond what was needed, and he has what they bear today, and you do not have anything in him. They accepted him, so give them another sheikh, and two sheikhs. If they come, they will remain on one, and here we are, tell us and work on what your opinion requires, and here we are waiting for the answer. May God bless us with you and the love of our master. Peace be upon Meccan Musawi, may God grant him success through him.
