Praise be to God, our earthly lover, the kindest judge, the leader, Farji. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. We are still waiting for the ability of people from Manee’ to serve our master’s barley, and so far not one of them has appeared without fearing for you that barley will be made tomorrow by these camels, and God must bless you, reward them according to their custom. May God reward you with goodness and love and peace, hastening the completion of Hajj in the year 1280. Idris Al-Sarraj Praise be to God and to our beloved, earthly jurist, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj. May the peace and mercy of God be upon us for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And here they are. They went out on this day dividing the barley with each other, and tomorrow, God willing, everyone will begin to harvest what is due to them. And with love and peace, Fatih of the year 1281.
