Praise be to God, by the permission of the one whom God must protect, through the tongue of his aid, Al-Murabit Ibn Zakur, there are two martyrs, may God secure them through him, in the company of the jurist, the eminent and honorable scribe, the best, beloved at that time in Fez Al-Ulia, my favorite son of the eminent jurist, the leader, the benefactor, by the grace of God Almighty, Sidi Idris Al-Sarraj Al-Qurashi, to the new-built mill located in Balat, with the spirit, so they filled with them the pure pipes prepared for the happy supplies, which are directed to the high abode of God, and that. The supplies for the month of Rajab, which is coming, are loyal to it, and to the daily supplies for it and for the honorable people who are outside it. At that time, from the notables of the group of Rahawi teachers, the thirteen mentioned in Al-Tara Yamanta, who know the good pure and what is for those who are responsible for the pure cost, opened the aforementioned khanashi and looked at the mentioned good pure after they had carefully looked into it and tested it comprehensively, testifying to its martyrs that they had produced an extremely good quality that is rarely matched in quality, beauty, and purity, as it was brought to me. The aforementioned Muhtasib baked bread kneaded from pure flour from the above-mentioned millstones, which are paid in charity from our master, current and ancient, and to Dar al-Sharifat and to the successive abode of God Almighty, and to shwerdat and rabah, and what is left of it to be sold in the market. The aforementioned teachers and the chief of the farm at the time, Hajj Omar ibn Ahmad al-Rifi, also looked at it and after they also looked closely at the dead and tested it with a comprehensive test, they also testified with his two martyrs that it was pure and of extremely high quality, better than the bread that was sold.
