Notes Praise be to God, after Hajj Ahmed Si Muhammad was satisfied, it is in the hands of Al-Zarhouni Al-Ammari for the client of Ruqayyah bint Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Ali Al-Kibrini from her husband, Sayyed Muhammad bin Musa Al-Tarari, who resides with her in the house of Sayyid Saeed bin Al-Tayeb, of her complete territorial lineage, Idris bin Al-Arabi Al-Subriti came and borne for the aforementioned agent every damage caused to his aforementioned client by their aforementioned husband, and he committed the husband’s maternal uncles to the matter, namely, Al-Sayyid Muhammad bin Al-Arabi, to him to pay the wife what she did not have. The clothing after she swore that the husband did not earn her money with it. They knew its value and testified that it was complete, and they recognized the twenty-eighth of the sacred qidah 1279.
