Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad, our earthly lover, and may the issuance of the religion of the most righteous Sheikh Idris bin Muhammad Al-Massawi, peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of God Almighty, for the goodness of our Lord, may God continue his happiness and peace upon him, sir, I know, I learned well, and I saved from harm, that the equal man who was in prison, entrusted us with the matter of Al-Mu’izz, so he became his supplicant, and there was little or much left for him, for the Lord of Al-Mu’izz, and it fell upon him. Permission from the Pasha, Sidi Idris, will not be released from prison, and if his fleeing brother comes to him, he will be arrested and more imprisonment. And now I love more than Your Excellency, I seek to release him, with the permission of the Pasha. May God bless you, love and peace, and on the 17th of Muharram Al-Haram 1287, the Caliph in Al-Zawiya, Ali Al-Mazkiti, may God grant him success.
