Arrest the man who dared to treat women and rebuke him and disobey him. It is a habit that we have not been able to do here. Old women and their like get up at the end of the night and walk to Al-Ain and draw water from it near the table, and no one crossed it talking to a woman or anyone else. And this has crossed the border. We inform you of this, sir. A man has the equipment, the masters of the cantera, how he took care of it, cut it at night, and left it. They asked him to bring it, but he refused, and they summoned him. A man stole a bunch of grapes for him, and someone came to tell him who had stolen it, and he had a place with him, so he went. Here we are, we have taught you so that you may have insight in the hand. At night, a nation comes and says, “I am oppressed, and we love you, sir. The man who is daring towards women, I must arrest him and rebuke him to test him. May God bless you and keep us benefiting from you, Amen, and with love and peace. May God grant him peace.
