When he summoned him to your happy presence, the Sheikh of Al-Qulaiya, Al-Jilali, arrested him and ordered some of his group and they testified that he was a thief. He and his son were arrested before his time, and they supported him in Al-Zawiya and both of them arrested him. Al-Dha'ira, and this is the news of Hajj Al-Makki Al-Youssoufi. He is the one who wanted them to be dismissed. Now we are under your words, neither I nor Al-Jilali. If he is asked about something, he claims it before you and does not deal with it. And if Al-Jilali is my brother, a thief, send your friend to inspect the aforementioned group of Al-Jilali, such as the sons of Ibn al-Faqih and their imam, and Hajj Bouazza and the gray-haired Ali bin Hajj Abdul Aziz. If they say about him the same as what was said about him, then even I am a thief with him, but they envied him in his house. Bustah (such and such) and they wanted to expel him and take it from him. How can a man do what is right with his neighbor before the Sharia and they apply evidence to him that he is a thief? If he had been a thief, the house would have met with his theft his enemy, the few who know who bears witness and whose testimony is accepted. Peace be upon the permission of Hadd bin Hamza Al-Ward.
