The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) I found in some of the entries a text that says (...) Abdul Rahman bin Isa Al-Jalali (...) that a brother of mine in God has urged me to arrange for him what was my custom in visiting the righteous dead saints of God, in manner, remembrance, recitation, and supplication, from the beginning to the end, as stipulated.
The end of the manuscript: And be my helper and supporter in my religion and fulfill my hope of salvation from the ten (such and such) and preserve the freedom of my face so that it is directed to others, whether of little or much provision. Woe to me who has become a hopeless one other than you. Whoever hopes for others has suffered loss, and degrade me from all the evils. Whoever you free from the evils has attained goodness, and may blessings be upon the guide, the Messenger Muhammad, and his honorable companions, for all eternity. I finish.
