Praise be to God alone, our earthly lover and leader, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After that, a man named Ali bin Ahmad Al-Rodani Al-Habriji, one of the bearers of what he complained about to Ali, will respond to you. His cousin, Muhammad bin Al-Hajj, slaughtered a small daughter of the complainant, and fled. It was reported to him that he was here with an ax, and he searched for him, but there was nothing fruitful, so our master, may God Almighty be pleased with him, orders you to investigate and search for him, and if you appear with him, arrest him. And let us know, with love and peace, on the last 17th of Jumada in the year 1282 Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
