Praise be to God alone and only his kingdom will last as a successor to our Master, may God support him, the most blessed jurist, the most proud, standing on the borders of God, the servant of the high position of God, our master Idris, may God bless you, protect you, guide you, grant you success, and whoever departs from eternity will protect you. Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. As for what follows, sir, love Idris says to you, it may be in your knowledge that the zakat and tithes that are with Sheikhs bin Odeh I researched this and found it to be true. If he sinned against me in this matter, we write them down in a binder and address it to you, otherwise no, and here I have taught you about us, so be it. If you permit someone else, then fine. If you want the reins that are of benefit, then an order on him will be presented to you. We will be at service, at the word, and on love and peace. On the twentieth of Dhul-Hijjah in the year 1278, your servant, Abu Idris al-Talghazi.
