Notes
Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our earthly lover and the servant of our master, the jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God protect you and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our master, may God grant him victory. And after the impenetrable military who was arrested, this one after he faced a beating while he was in a group of the military. If he was against them and informed us of his case, we will take the right from him, if the right is proven against him as it happens to others, and we have been informed that the last security guard entered this one. The days are about ten days, so the sheikh was arrested and blamed him for saying that some of the woodsmen were asking him for dirhams. If that was the case, then let someone come and ask him and then his rights would be done justice to him. The sheikh had no say in anyone who entered the army, and that was an incitement not to enter. Rather, we were told that some people spoke to this sheikh who did the two actions, and he said in a loud voice, “We will not release him as a reward for entering the army.” They must address what we have presented to you, and with love and peace on the 16th of Rajab in the year. 1283 Abdullah bin Ahmed, may God be kind to him
