Praise be to God alone, our earthly lover, Al-Blessing Al-Murtada, Sir Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you with the presence of our master, may God support him. And after that, when you showed us the letter that came to you regarding what Commander Al-Abbas spoke about, it was misleading regarding the matter of his clinic. We answered you about it yesterday regarding the issue of the people of the countryside, and the matter is as we told you about them. Then it appeared to us that perhaps the words coming from Commander Al-Abbas were about the Makhzaniyah and not the people of the countryside, so we prepared for you. This is what we tell you about the issue of the Makhzaniyah, for when They came with the people of the countryside, and your request came to us regarding their leave. We found clothing for the people of the countryside, so we provided them with it, and in it there was provision for the road to the Makhzaniyah and nothing else. They said that they had run out of clothing, so we told them that we do not have permission to clothe them, but we have permission for their coolness. They returned to us about it, so we informed them that we do not have permission for this, so they went their way and left the provisions without receiving it, and peace be upon them. Hajj 16 in the year 81. The trustees of Fez, may God protect them.
