Notes
Praise be to God, our beloved jurist, the most eminent, the most knowledgeable, the best, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you in the presence of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After the battle with the mule of Al-Hasnawi, we gave her her due right of investigation and we directed Ali Al-Habbari until he came and we repeatedly passed by him. Our previous master replied that he had no celibate there, but rather the obligor did so and did not receive a single penny from anyone in it. As for the dust, if it had bitterness there, I do not know, and with love and peace on the 23rd of Rajab in the year 1285. Idris Al-Sarraj, if the evidence comes back to you, then carefully consider the word Atarab. Is it more correct and valid instead of evidence? You have instructed us to do so before. If you reflect on it, then build the answer, and we will redirect them to you so that you can contemplate the evidence.
