Praise be to God, after the woman, the daughter of Muhammad Fatha al-Tazani, admitted that she was not pregnant, and according to his assessment, she was tolerant of him until his situation and after him, to the point where the obligation was dropped from him, according to the law of succession. Her esmah and her husband, Bushti bin Qaddour al-Sharki, recognized her and acquitted him, and Muskar bore witness to her death, and from marital and other misfortunes, and she bore him for that what the aforementioned wife offered on behalf of her aforementioned husband, Ahmad ibn Abd al-Karim al-Yazighi, as a necessary burden for him, and because of that and for which the aforementioned husband bears witness. That before what he mentioned, he inflicted a single shot on her, a caliph, after he kissed her, parting with her, as he must have known him, he must have known him, he had confirmed it, he had testified against them in full, and he knew the blessed one, he knew whoever else was with his description of the woman as a quarter of the palace, the massacre of Al-Wajh on the nineteenth of Muharram Al-Haram, the opener of the year one hundred and forty-three, and a thousand rights, and they were acquitted of her in the same way as he was acquitted. Praise be to God, the husband, Sidi Muhammad Si Al-Tahir bin Ahmed Al-Idrisi Al-Falali, the wife, and his fingertip within Si Muhammad bin Ahmed Al-Murabiti on the 25th. Rabi’ 2 in the year 1341
