| Notes | 40 riyals, praise be to God. The two trustworthy and best supervisors, Al-Muhtasib, Sidi Muhammad Al-Mufaddal Al-Sarraj, and Al-Sayyid Al-Hajj Ahmad Al-Sharat, testified that they had acquired from the recipient, Al-Sayyid Al-Ghali, son of Al-Sayyid Fadul Bennis, all forty riyals as full possession, in recognition of what he had. He took possession of it from the beneficiary of the quarter of the Ahbas and completely acquitted him of the aforementioned receipt. They recognized his value, and even testified to it against them in its entirety, recognized them, and appointed them on the thirteenth of Ramadan in the year 1315. |
