The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, and prayed (...) A book containing questions by Abu Ishaq, known as Al-Wansharisi, may God be pleased with him and benefit us from it. The famous jurist was asked about selling cheese for food for a period of time. He said: If there is honey in it, there is no good in it, and if there is no honey in it, then there is nothing wrong with it.
The end of the manuscript: If he refused, the house would be taken out of the wanted person’s hand and [an unclear word] would stand. Mutarrif said, and we and most of our companions used to say that if the witnesses do not know the share, then they have no testimony, and the wanted person is not required to do anything else. Malik said that, so we returned to his statement and the rulings continued accordingly. The speech is over.
