Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God support him and grant him victory. After that, sir, your friend has responded to us with your dearest letter regarding the vilification of the prisoners whom the pilgrim mentioned to you that they attacked him. Know, sir, the prisoners whom we wrote to you about. We put them in prison in the corner for what they did to the command of the man in his honor. Among them are his brother’s friends and in-laws, and with him in the same value. As for what he said to him, here is the fee for witnessing. Those who attended until he arrested the prisoners and their explanations are with us, sir. One of them took out his cannon and wanted to hit whoever was going to him, so he lost his hand with his cannon. So here I am, directing him and taking your notice. So, if you are compensated for the rulings, how will it be if Halima falls and we direct to her owner and he who was wronged (amputation) returns for the sake of God, and the bearer of that (amputation).
