Notes
Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our master Muhammad and his family, our brother and our beloved, the most glorious president, my master, Hajj Idris Al-Sarraj. May the peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the best of our Lord, may God support him. And then, know, may God teach you well, that we broke the bond of conquest on Tuesday the 12th of the month, and praise be to God, and our travel, praise be to God, was as we requested, and our Lord, and we found its majestic bearer beyond suspicion, so God will reward you with the best reward. For he is one of those about whom it is said: Throw him on the wound secretly, and the dust of his wonderful trap was a vanishing benefit. On the first night the mule spoiled the debt, where he did not find straw. And know, our master, may God grant him victory. He asked about me, so he commanded and commanded her. The brothers of safety informed him of what pleased him with his firmness and diligence. His tireless look for him and prayed for him to be well, so congratulations to you. And so we behaved with those who all referred to him in the Presence. We are greatly praised and thank God for his leadership. People like you in time and peace, on the 16th of Rajab in the year 1278, Muhammad bin Talib Ibn Sawda, may God protect him with his blessings.
