Notes Praise be to God alone                 and may God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad, his family, and his companions. May God protect, through His help, our beloved jurist, the eternally eternal, the most venerable, the youngest, the most living, the most glorious, the most righteous, my favorite master, Siraj. May God protect you and take care of you. Peace be upon your masters and may God’s mercy be upon the best of our Lord Al-Mansour, by God. After we heard of the death of our master, the jurist, the eminent scholar, the best minister, my late master Abbas, by the grace and generosity of God, may God reward us. And on you, his family, and his offspring, may God grant them patience and make him the best predecessor and you are the best successor. May he grant you beautiful patience and make him dwell in the beloved of His Paradise and pour upon you the youths of His mercy, Amen. He is the Guardian of that and the Powerful over him. There is no power nor strength except in God. Brother, since we heard of his death, we have been perplexed for him. What a man in whom many people have been lost. We belong to God and to Him we shall return. May God bless you with patience and work for us and you with His grace and seal for us and you. With the best, by his grace, blessings, and generosity, Amen, and with love and peace, on the 22nd of Jumada al-Thani in the year 1327, Muhammad bin Al-Arabi Al-Zubair, may God be gracious to him.
