Praise be to God and to the earthly lover, the most glorious, the most happiest Pasha, Mr. Muhammad ibn Talib, the purest, most glorious, most comprehensive, and most complete greeting, and forbidding it from the best of our Lord Al-Mansour Billah. And after, your honorable card has arrived in the company of the honorable and dearest book in which our Lord Al-Mansour Billah authorized us to appoint the agent Omar Ghab among the heirs of the honorable scholar, the late Judge Moulay Abdel Hadi, and to look into their cases and bring to him whomever of the jurists he chooses for consultation. He cleared it and obeyed it. All that remains is to comply with and seek the help of the Most High, and on the day after the following Sunday, God willing, the beginning will take place. That is after noon. You will designate a place for us and give permission for the jurists to attend there at the time mentioned. And inform us of that so that we will be clear-eyed and pure in love and peace be upon Al-Hawari. God will see him abundantly and release his captivity.
