Praise be to God, for the permission of the one whom God should guide and guide, through the tongue of his helper, peace be upon him, the direction of his martyrs, may God protect them through him, to the hotel in Aqaba, Sidi Ali Boughaleb, known as the Acham Hotel. There was a man lying there, in pain, and his clothes were stained with blood. He called himself Sidi Muhammad bin Musa al-Haji al-Zanati. The thumb of his left hand had a wound of three fingertips, and a wound on his forehead as well, and he was bleeding, and that is something a rational person would not often do to himself. He was asked. Whoever did this to him, he mentioned that it was the day before his history, in the hands of raising the knot of noble and pure people, tending its sheep. Presented to him were Muhammad bin Mansour Al-Hajji Al-Zanati and Mubarak Shafiq, the aforementioned Muhammad bin Mansour, and her brother-in-law and their cousin Ahmed bin Al-Kabir by lineage and Ibn Muhammad Al-Saghir bin Al-Kabir by lineage. They swayed against him and the first of them, the aforementioned Muhammad bin Mansour, beat him with a severe beating in the face of injustice and aggression (amputation), and that if God Almighty destined his death before his innocence was revealed to them. Those who took all of his blood and who benefited from them, whoever examined him in the aforementioned place in the condition described and absorbed from him what was mentioned as mentioned with his description of a continuous, black, hairless quarter and on the tip of the ear from his ears, and God knew his fate on the second sitting of the year eighty-three and two hundred and a thousand, praise be to God. The plaintiff testified that Ibn al-Mousa had rented it out for him, and that from the wound described, there was a complete and comprehensive recovery from him, and he did not change it from them and sold it in any way. He transformed the wound out of kindness to God Almighty and nullified from them the false accusation of dhimmi around it. He recognized its capacity for it in its entirety and recognized it in the eleventh of it on the eleventh and the year around it.
