The beginning of the manuscript: Praise be to God who obligated His faithful servants to fulfill their covenants and commanded them in His Book (...). After the doctrine of Malik, and even Imam Malik, it became widespread to rule on commitment, and many people were asked about it (...) and I called it Tahrir Al-Kalam fi Issues of Commitment (...) and arranged it into an introduction, four chapters, and a conclusion.
End of the manuscript: The discussion of the issues of commitment that I have written has been completed, and the purpose that I intended in it of the issues that I intended in explaining the types and sections has been accomplished, so it has come, thanks to God, a useful book in its chapter that is of great benefit to those of his students who have carefully considered it. In it, many benefits and useful investigations have been gathered, and in it I have broken down some surprising and innovative passages, and in it I have explained problems that in many works have no source or law (...)
