After our Lord Al-Mu’tazz Billah has ordered to alert you to the empty plots of land around the Muhammadi Mosque in the Sultanate District and next to the building prepared for the Pasha court there, so that Be an eye, since it negates everything that is intended to be done with it in terms of construction, and stop all events until you seek permission from His Honorable Majesty, so pay attention to that. He implemented the honorable order, God called it, and God takes care of you with His blessings. Peace be upon you on the 22nd of Safar Al-Khair in the year 1365 Muhammad Al-Muqri, may God grant him peace.
