Notes: The document does not contain printing data. A possible printing date was guessed based on the proofreader’s mention on the title page that he found the handwriting of his father, “Jaafar bin Idris Al-Kattani, may God have mercy on him,” who died in 1905 AH. If the name of the proofreader was not stated, it is likely that he is Abd al-Rahman ibn Jaafar ibn Idris al-Kattani (1879-1916), given his extensive participation in reviewing and correcting Fasian lithographs more than his brother, the author, “Muhammad ibn Jaafar ibn Idris al-Kattani.” Ibn al-Mahi al-Idrisi and Fawzi Abd al-Razzaq agree that only the first part of this book was printed. |
