Praise be to God alone. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our Lord Muhammad, his family, and his companions. Our love and salvation bring us closer to the jurist, the most honorable, the happiest, the most successful, the most guided sir, Muhammad ibn Talib. May God protect you, peace, and God’s mercy be upon you in the presence of our Lord, may God grant him victory. After the Bedouin al-Sabti pilgrim, one of the leaders, did what he had to do, attended the happy season, attained its scene, and sat down with the intention of fulfilling a purpose for him with his son, and asked us to write to you about this, and if he presents this to your Excellency, then treat him and meet him. With forgiveness and for what you deserve, may God help you and bestow His benevolence upon you. Peace be upon you on the 15th of Hajj al-Haram in the year 1274 AH Ahmed bin Al-Abbas Al-Harashi, may God be kind to him.
