| Notes | 40 Praise be to God. The two earthly overseers, Mr. Al-Mufaddal Al-Sarraj and Mr. Al-Hajj Ahmed Al-Sharat, obtained from Mr. Al-Arabi Al-Tazi, the representative of the student holding Mr. Al-Ghali Ibn Zakri, all forty riyals that he receives from the beneficiary of renting the Hasaniyya prisons by graduating him from a specific possession and releasing him from their possessor. They knew his value, attested to them in full by those who testified and knew about him. The two overseers knew and their appointment was known as the representative on the 18th of Muharram in the year 1314. |
