Notes Praise be to God, his righteous martyrs, Mr. Muhammad bin Allal Al-Wadi, Al-Maafar Abd Al-Rahman bin Muhammad, said: Ahmed bin Ali Al-Rahuni, Mr. Muhammad bin Musa Al-Gharbawi, Al-Madani bin Al-Hajj Al-Mufaddal Al-Shawi, Sir Al-Tayeb bin Al-Taya Al-Tahiri, Sir Muhammad bin Al-Haj Al-Madani Bennani, Sir Muhammad bin Ali Al-Wadghairi, Hamman bin Muhammad Al-Amrati, Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Shawi, Al-Tayeb bin Al-Amin Ibn Abdul Nabi, and Idris bin Ham Al-Bahlouli fully testified to their knowledge of Mr. Muhammad bin Boutaleb Al-Wadi has the most complete knowledge, and with it they testify that he is among them and mixes with people of suspicion without being involved in prostitution.
