Notes Praise be to God, his witnesses whose names are mentioned after his history know Al-Saleh Mernissi with sufficient knowledge, according to the law, and with it they testify that he was serving, from what preceded his history by about two years, the craftsmanship of the needlework in the style, that he was opposite the kosha at the head of the Sharatin, with the Sharif Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Sharif Al-Faqih Al-Baraka Al-Muneim Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Abdul Salam Al-Alami Al-Hamdushi Al-Hasani, who is also known to them, and that he stole for the aforementioned Sharif when he served him with the workmanship and thirty mithqals of old dirhams, and he took possession of him selling the hawaij. In his hand, he acknowledged to them the thirty mithqals and paid it to the sherif in their presence, and the sherif took him out of the aforementioned type, and that he had been vowing to steal from them ever since he left the aforementioned type. He came back to serve in the aforementioned hut and its surface overlooked most of what was in the aforementioned type, until the aforementioned sherif found it open. This was because he had been upset about what had happened about eighty days ago, and he took from him their house, which was in a wooden closet, and they did not know of anyone who dared to do the aforementioned type except him. All this was in their knowledge of mingling, and he caught the theft in his hand time after time, and within it. Their testimony was given to those who asked it on the seventh of Muharram in the year seven in one hundred and eighty and two hundred and one thousand Al-Arabi bin Ahmad Al-Marnissi Al-Kharaz, the craft of Al-Muallem Boubacar Al-Awdi, Al-Kharaz, the craft of Abd Al-Salam bin Al-Hajj Ahmed, Al-Kharaz, the craft of Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Abd Al-Salam, Al-Kharaz, the craft of Sidi Muhammad bin Sidi Muhammad Al-Zammouri, Al-Kharaz, the craft of Sidi Muhammad bin Al-Hajj Muhammad, Al-Kharaz, the craft of Idris bin Al-Hajj Muhammad Al-Sanhaji, Al-Kharaz, the craft of Idris. Ibn Muhammad Al-Amarti  Al-Kharaz is the craft of Sidi Muhammad J Abd al-Rahman Al-Ghumari  Al-Kharaz is the craft of Sayyid Ahmed bin Sidi Al-Hayani  Al-Kharaz is the craft of Sidi Muhammad bin Moulay Belkacem Al-Wadghiri Al-Kharaz is the craft of Moulay Abd al-Salam bin Moulay Suleiman  Al-Kharaz is the craft Praise be to God I bear witness I bear witness the honorable, the most learned, the best sign, the most knowledgeable, the most beneficial, the most blessed, the judge of the community in Fez and its environs, and he is the most handsome, may God Almighty honor him, and he plowed it with the proof of the drawing above. He has complete steadfastness with him, with ease, may God Almighty protect him and honor him, so that he has that, as mentioned in history above, the servant of his Lord, Glory be to Him.
