The beginning of the manuscript: In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (...) said (...) the sheikh of the group in Fez, Abu Zaid Abd al-Rahman bin al-Qadi (...) Praise be to God who favored the bearers of the Qur’an (...) and after this, with God’s help, he taught us victory in fulfilling the recitation of the Imam of Basra.
