| Notes | Praise be to God, the servant of our earthly master, Commander Idris al-Sarraj. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. We have received your revelation as an answer to what we ordered you to do regarding strengthening support for the Caliph of Amil Ayat Yussi by arresting all those who advised you to arrest from Ayalat Yussi. I informed you that he had arrested the Banu Yazgha, including the residents of the city and others, so I told him that the residents of the city should go their own way, so the action in the matter of the Banu Yazgha is that whoever lives in the city should continue. In Banu Yazgha, let him be arrested from among the desert people of Medina who is found. Whoever resides in Medina and has no origin in Banu Yazgha, let him leave his way.
