Notes In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful       Only the kingdom of God lasts. May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his wives, the Ribat, on the date of Shawwal 7, 1360, according to October 28, 1941. Our beloved, His Excellency, the Pasha of Casablanca, my master the jurist and the eminent scholar, my master Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of Islam and the transmission of Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him. As for what follows, my lord the Pasha, do not conceal the above in this. In the past few days, the injustice that your representative, his successor, and his entourage, including Burrada and the Mohandis, sought against us in usurping my position, which I achieved by the grace of God, the grace of the men of the government, and the support of our Lord, sir, is knowledgeable and insightful of that, as nothing was hidden from you until the worldly representative came down to you and suggested to you to delay me, as is the case, and then you struck and even defended, may God reward you with all goodness, but the representative became fanatical about that and did his job and almost contradicted your decision. And your laws supported by the glory of our Lord the Imam and the glory of Bey and the men of the government. Then after that he did something that occupied one hand and the other from serving it after you did the service of the court. It is no secret to you, sir, that your prominent personality informed them of the scribes whom you wrote, sir, and you were pleased with them and you signed them with your hand, but the unseen revealed to me that the one who caused this was Barada and the Mohandis who were always wanting to usurp me with their health, as the representative claimed that I had little knowledge of the Arabic language. It was a shameful mistake. He lied and was tyrannical, and he will see the end in his haste and tyranny. Oh, my honorable sir, be insightful and mindful of those covenants that you promised me, for the lords of power and rulers are going around examining the issue and cursing it in order to look at the representative and his arrogance and tyranny. The secret is between us. Be of good mind and stand in this place of yours. If you do, then you are like the one you freed a slave or fed sixty poor people. For you, my master, know about my injustice and my usurpation with which you were usurped without any reason or reason. A sin, and when it was brought up to the administration, he told them that the Pasha was the one who was delegated, that this argument and lie is a lie to you, sir. May God reward you with goodness, and may you be rewarded and commanded. In conclusion, I repeat to your highest honor, so stand with us in our cause. May God free every bone of your personality from the fire. Amen. We ask your Excellency to extend peace to our beloved Mahjoub, Sir Ahmed Bennani, your first caliph, and Mr. Taher Al-Marrakshi, your second caliph. Love and peace. We ask my master for a lot of answers. May God reward him with all goodness. Your loved one, Muhammad Al-Arabi bin Abdullah Bayna, in Arsa Street, 14 in Rabat.
