Praise be to God, the earthly servants of our Lord, the trustees of the happy one in the abode of Adil. Peace and mercy of God be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. Among the things in the honorable book and your companion is the noble Hisba with which we were empowered and commanded to act according to it, and we cannot ignore one of its chapters that everything that pays money to the exalted abode is by God, I, by God’s will, is entrusted with it, and accordingly, explain that to us in detail so that we may be mindful and rely on your statement if the honorable free woman responds. God called it, and hasten it. God bless you, for the month is coming, and from it, God willing, we will begin what our Lord, may God bless him, has bestowed upon us, of work, love, and peace, on the 29th of Rajab Al-Fard in the year 1315. Al-Mufaddal bin Idris Al-Sarraj, may God be kind to him.
