Praise be to God, our Protector, by the power of God and His power, who held so-and-so jurist to decide on behalf of so-and-so’s family, and we commanded him to pursue lawsuits in accordance with the legal rulings, and to investigate in that the necessary conditions and the morals of the claim, and not to deviate in the ruling from what is likely and well-known, or from what has been done, the well-known action, and upon him, with fear of God, which is the strongest of pillars, and that he should not be subjected to blame or blame in God, and the one who has made a covenant with us and his honorable guardian, we have commanded him to act in accordance with it.
