Notes Praise be to God alone, our lover, the earthly jurist, Mr. Idris, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you. For the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And on the authority of the Sharif of his affairs, may God honor him. He appointed Mualak, the commanders of Si, and two other teachers, teachers who are knowledgeable about their skills. He appointed for them what is sufficient for them to serve, and directed them tomorrow, God willing, to Dar Al-Dabigh. And with love and peace, on the 17th of Hajj Al-Haram, 1285. May God grant me high status.
