Praise be to God alone May God’s blessings and peace be upon our master Muhammad and his family, may God protect through him the struggle of our dearest lover, the most earthly, the most glorious, the most honorable, the most honorable jurist, Mr. Al-Tayeb Al-Muqri. May God protect you and protect you, and may God’s peace and mercy be upon you for the goodness of our master, may God support him. Then know, may God protect you, that we had presented to you that Pasha Hajj Al-Tuhamy, his partner, won the country with a bliss of happiness and certainty, and we sought for that and after that. During this time, he directed the Ait Aimur tribe to the water and began plowing Al-Qasid for his livestock, and it affected us. This was a goal for the country, not the whole of it. Hajj Omar Al-Tazi was disposing of it. There was a situation that we were saddened from the country of Mr. Issa, and a part of his grief was from the country of Al-Munbahi. Mr. Idris Madwa helped us, as he was governor, and we stood until the country became expanded, worth about twenty thousand riyals, and it was cut off for you and you were negligent about it until he coveted it. The Pasha and Hajj Omar al-Tazi, even though everyone who had control over a territory that was cut off or executed is still in his possession, and it is not appropriate for you to remain silent about it, even if you take half of it. You may not have found a measure for its options, even though, praise be to God, nothing is far from you. I consulted with my brother Sidi Muhammad bin Rahmoun about it, and he said to me, “My good sir, the law must work on it and not miss it, so we love you, sir. Do not relax or continue with it, for it is of great benefit.” As for the issue of the country of Ait Hammouche, I am still dealing with it. The matter is with the jurist, Sir Al-Madani Al-Muzawari, as he is still promising me the separation, and no matter what appears, we will fly the flags to you, God willing, and my master hastened the answer for us because we are among the people of your love and peace and love on the 6th of Shawwal Al-Abrak in the year 1331 Abdel Khaleq Bouchta, may God grant him peace.
