Praise be to God alone, our lover, the earthly jurist, Mr. Idris Al-Sarraj, may God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. And the two prisoners are right from Mithiwa Al-Hail, who are under your hand in the prison in which the honorable order has been issued regarding them to impose the punishment on them by killing according to the Sharia law. They brought them to us on the authority of the Sharif, may God honor him, to impose the punishment on them as our Lord commanded us. And on love and peace, 22 Rabi’ al-Awwal, 1285. The runner-up in God’s high position is Faraji Omar bin Ham Al-Matouni and Muhammad Amr Al-Nasab
