Praise be to God alone and may God’s blessings be upon our Master Muhammad and his family, may God protect through him the Servant of the Highest Place in God, the Most Happiest Pasha, Mr. Idris al-Sarraj, peace be upon you, and the mercy and blessings of God Almighty, for the best of our master, may God grant him victory. And after we inform you of the bearer of the letter to you with his opponent, Lahsanli, over the gift of the country by wading, they disputed between them in lawsuits time after time, for the Pasha, Mr. Muhammad Fathi Akhshishin, who was accused of the rulings of the Mukhazaniya, and Sheikh Muhammad b.
