Praise be to God, our lover, the jurist, the best, the best, the best, Sir Muhammad Al-Saffar. May God’s peace and mercy be upon you, for the goodness of our Lord, may God grant him victory. We have received your mandate regarding the prisoners in his right hand, and the worker of Sanhaja, Mr. Ali bin Qaddour, and Al-Hajj Muhammad bin Masoud Al-Sanhaji, who were looted, were present. They signed a decision in the case, as you see it in the positive, in the hands of Ibn Masoud. Accordingly, we have stood on the other hand regarding the release of those who will be released, so write to us that we may act and let us know if there is nothing left. Sharif Al-Wazzani has a case and his matter is being detailed, as you told us or left a case for him that we know about the same. And with love and peace, he passed away his first Lord in the year 1288 Idris Al-Sarraj Ali bin Azouz and his son Abdul Rahman Al-Salmani. Praise be to God, and complete peace be upon you, on behalf of the best of our Lord, may God support him and grant him victory. After we have learned about what you mentioned regarding the case having been settled and it depended on permission to dismiss those who were dismissed, we will write to you about it, so know that it is their arrest. It was on your hand, but they were seized in the rights, and what is yours, know that their arrest was on your hand, but they were seized in the rights, and what has reached us of their lawsuits is the lawsuit of Ibn Masoud and the lawsuit of Sharif Al-Wazzani, and for that reason we wrote to you to keep the defendant in prison, and Ibn Masoud told you that it was separate, and the Sharif Al-Wazzani himself came to us asking to release the father and keep his son until he brings him his belongings and desires. His representative is Mr. Ham, so he sued him, and that Ibn Masoud gave permission to the Sharif’s son in Dismissing someone who is discharged and does not have the right to do so, from our point of view, is a demand, and if someone follows them with another right on your hand, then you know best. As for us, only Ibn Masoud and Al-Sharif arrived. As for Al-Salmani, we have presented to you that there is no reason for his imprisonment. Rather, his request was Ibn Masoud, and he had separated, and he did not have a right against him, as we presented to you. With love and peace, Muhammad Al-Saffar, may God grant him success.
