Notes Praise be to God alone, after Idris bin Ali bin Idris Al-Zarhouni Al-Hamdushi wanted to provide evidence to bear witness to him that he married the woman Maymouna, daughter of Ali and Muhammad, of lineage, without people of justice. Then they rose, one of whom I saw, denying the matter of the aforementioned evidence, and the aforementioned Idris summoned him, and I have the rulings from God. Then they came for the aforementioned Idris and from his heirs, the aforementioned Maymoun, her brother, Al-Sayyid Muhammad, to rule on his behalf against the aforementioned, and they testified against themselves that they had agreed upon his agreement with the invitation. The establishment between them is based on the aforementioned Maimuna, and the aforementioned Fadris greeted and wondered about who he was relying on and confessed that he would not marry the aforementioned woman, and the heirs absolved him of all those requesting who was related to the aforementioned woman and disavowed him completely, comprehensively, absolutely, and generally, so that she would have no companionship with him except for the oath in God, where she required them to pay him back to her at a time when they needed him from him regarding a deposit left with him by the aforementioned woman only, and nothing else could be attributed to him, and with this, their reconciliation was completed with the approval of all, complete approval. They knew his destiny, which God testified to them and made known to them on the twenty-third of Shawwal al-Abrak in the year eighty-five and two thousand Abd Rabbuh.
